Timber floors
Beautiful blackbutt flooring throughout, including architectural textured stairwell with Hardwood timber treads and risers. The beautiful outdoor wrap around handrail is stainless steel, with glass balustrade continuing up the inner staircase.
There are 3 Velux skylights throughout the house, included in the Kitchen, Bathroom and lounge room. This spectacular home also includes a CBUS home automation electrical wiring system.
Outdoors
The Outdoor entertaining area includes a kitchenette complete with built-in BBQ and featuring a Vergola opening lourve roof. Also included in this build was the construction of a concrete re-enforced pool, fully tiled with amazing glass mosaics. The construction is complete with landscape gardens.
